Rift valley has 3 zones: the Eastern zone, the North Rift zone, and the Nairobi zone. Rift Valley Region comprises the dioceses of Nakuru, Kitui, Kitale, Lodwar, Machakos, and the Archdioceses of Nairobi and Kisumu.
The current Regional Superior is Sr. Lucy Ndirangu.
